Hi, I'm Denis

I'm Denis Davydov, a destination wedding videographer and the filmmaker behind Lens Square Films. I film weddings the way a documentary is made: real moments, real words and real people, never staged.

I travel for weddings across Europe and work as a wedding videographer in Italy, from Lake Como and Tuscany to the Amalfi Coast and Puglia. I stay in the background through the vows and the speeches, and in the middle of it when the dancing starts.

I film every wedding myself, and you talk to me from the first email to the final film. Your teaser film arrives within a week and your wedding film within a month, filmed on a cinema camera and drone.

How much are your wedding films?

Wedding films by Lens Square Films start from €4,000 for up to 12 hours of filming on one wedding day in Italy or elsewhere in Europe, including a teaser film and a wedding film. With a 3-hour pre-wedding evening or shoot it is €5,500, and a three-day weekend (pre-wedding, wedding day, day-after party) with two cinematographers and a multi-angle ceremony film is €7,200. Prices include VAT and travel to Italy, and a 30% deposit secures the date. What a wedding videographer costs in Italy

What is the difference between a teaser film and a wedding film?

A teaser film is up to one minute long. It captures the feeling of the day and is made to be shared. A wedding film runs 5 to 10 minutes and tells the whole day in order, with the vows, speeches and the people who were there. It's made to be watched from start to finish without skipping.

Do we get the raw footage?

Yes. Every package includes all the raw footage from your wedding, alongside the teaser film and the wedding film.
